TANNING! can you use a self tanner and go tanning?

you didn't get tan because you're using a "self tanner" not meant for tanning beds or the sun . for the tanning bed you'd use a bronzer. if you are pale no activator you will burnnn. and that self tanner probably has sunscreen in it so you're blocking the sun rays. to get no streaks don't put it on like an ordinary lotion put it on using the same motion for ever inch of your body you put it on and make sure its on evenly. rub it on upwards not circular motions.
