Artificial light for a sunless greenhouse...Professional advice please?

I have a 6'4' greenhouse which doesn't get direct sun so my question is how can i cheaply set up artificial light in there to optimise growing conditions for my seeds? fluorescent,LED...Help? also what size/watt would i need.Any EXPERIENCED help is much appreiciated as im completely new to hydroponics.
