How to start using tanning beds?

when you first start going you usually want to start at 8 to 10 minutes, depending on skin color. then after a couple of times move your minutes up each time. if you start to feel your skin tingeling when you first start then get out of bed. (means you have had enough exposure) and get yourself a bottle of tanning lotion and i suggest one with a bronzer, which you can get at the tanning saloon. (there are some with sun screen in it also) myself, i tan 3 to 4 times a week. started almost a month ago and already have a tan look. and i am naturally very pale. the first week i tanned at 10 min first 2 days, 13 min for a couple of days and on second week went 16 to 18 mins. and now tan for 20 min each time i go. and really enjoy the look now.....able to wear shorts without embarasment....enjoy tanning and hope you get the results you are looking for.
